Frédéric does not want to decide too quickly what his experience means. First, he wants to let it come, observe, and feel what is happening. He speaks gently, acknowledges what he struggles to explain, and gives considerable room to the group's presence.
During the first ceremony, Frédéric focuses on his body and on receiving the experience. In the first sharing circle, he says that what each person lives through enriches him. The music, the exchanges and that variety have a place in how he is present. The second ceremony will then bring a connection he finds particularly strong.
On this ayahuasca retreat, after the second ceremony, Frédéric feels wrapped in a cocoon of presence. In his perceptions, wisps and shapes appear around him. He connects what he feels to the group, the music, and the people providing support. He cries and speaks of a very powerful love. Music and singing matter greatly to that feeling of being held with other people.
He refers to earlier experiences as he tries to find words for this stay. They remain memories, distinct from what he is living here. What touches him during this new evening is the feeling that he is not alone within his own world.
He does not yet want to analyse everything. He says it is too soon to turn it into a drawing or an explanation. But he can name one thing: he felt filled with love and connected to others in a way he found wonderful.
On this ayahuasca retreat, reflecting after the third ceremony, Frédéric says he is at peace and feels aligned. To describe what he is taking home, he chooses an image: his little inner garden is fertile. He wants to share something of what he has experienced with the people around him. His attention turns towards giving, through his presence and through what he has to offer.
He imagines sharing this with the people around him, including through the way he is present. He wants to speak about what happened and let something beautiful circulate without always needing many words. His image of the garden gives a simple form to that feeling of peace and that wish to give.
Frédéric thanks the team and the group and says he will return. He leaves with perceptions he will take time to understand and with a direction already clear to him: letting this love circulate through his life as well.
