Die vollständige Erzählung
Christine arrives with few expectations. She has not studied the subject very much; above all, she wants to share this moment. The first evening brings a gentleness she describes simply: a beautiful journey, full of love, in which she can welcome what is happening in her body.
At first, she hesitates to lie down, afraid of losing the connection she feels. Then her body relaxes and she lets herself follow it. Images appear, and moments linked to a loved one who has died touch her. When another serving is offered, she chooses to keep this gentle journey and continue observing.
The second ceremony is very different from the first. Christine had expected her body to relax as it did before. This time, she feels restless and drawn towards what is happening around her. She describes wanting to stop, alongside the trust that allows her to continue.
On this ayahuasca retreat, after the second ceremony, Christine returns to meditation in the middle of a difficult evening. She feels resistance, cries, and wonders why she is there. Then a direction becomes clear to her: love and meditation. She sits up and meditates. It does her profound good. The journey settles and can end with greater gentleness.
She then recognises tools she already knew. The experience does not necessarily teach her a new gesture; it helps her return to a path she can follow. In the sharing circle, she says she has moved through that phase rather than remaining in the negativity she feared.
On this ayahuasca retreat, during the third ceremony, Christine keeps the memory of a very gentle connection during the final evening. She came to share a moment, and that moment feels powerful to her. She says the group's presence helped, although she is not always comfortable among other people. After the difficult phases, this gentleness also belongs to what she takes home.
Her account retains several colours: the gentleness of the beginning, a lesson she found clear amid difficulty, and the connection of the final evening. She thanks the people present and the team for their support.
Christine leaves with a simple message she thinks she can keep: returning to love and meditation. During this stay, she was able to find that path again when she needed it.
