I am a facilitator, trained and committed to an integrative approach combining human listening, preparation, presence during ceremony and sacred rituals that honor ancestral traditions. I personally accompany each participant throughout all stages of the process: inner preparation, group ceremonies, then a group online integration session 2 weeks after the retreat to anchor the experience in daily life. My deep intention is to offer a safe space where everyone can experience deep introspection, in a caring, conscious and ethical setting.
